Q. What can the studio be used for?
A. The studio will be a space for the community- whether you’re a photographer needing a great space for a one hour photoshoot, a yoga teacher wanting a to book the space for classes once a week,
or a small business wanting to organize a pop up to debut your newest collection.
Q. How long can the studio be rented for?
A. The studio space will be rented by the hour. When you rent the space, it’s yours for the time booked.
Q. What is the cost to rent the studio?
A. There will be a flat hourly rate. But the longer you book, the better the rate will get per hour.
Q. What is included in your booking?
A. You will have full use of the Local Love Studio space, free parking, free wifi and access to our partnered photographers if you don't have your own!
Q. Can the furniture be moved around?
A. Any one of the items in the Sunroom can be moved around and any of the smaller items in the Parlour. If an item has been moved, we just ask that it could please be put back in the original position that you found it in, and please lift the furniture rather than dragging it.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations within 48 hours are billed at full rate. If a notice of cancellation is given prior to 48 hours before the reserved date, a full refund will be issued, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.
